Himuro (Yasufu Motomiya) starts a fight to crush Shimizu (Yasuaki Maeda) and Takahashi (Masashi Goda) of the Sugimasa group. They discover that Takahashi is involved in the smuggling of shabu and weapons in Tokorozawa, but Takahashi commits suicide before he can say anything. The Marukami-kai intervened after learning that the Sugimasa-gumi conflict was due to the Kyowa-kai. The time has come for a direct confrontation between the two major organizations of East and West.
