Arms dealer Sayed competes with Mahmoud, who works in the same trade, and both are subject to a foreign American/Israeli organization based outside Egypt. A terrorist incident occurs in which the child Shaimaa was killed in Cairo, so Sayed remembers his daughter and carries out a suicide operation in which he blows up the organization's building outside.
