After her husband leaves her, Ilmira, retreats to her family’s abandoned cottage. Once a successful horror writer, she is now struggling financially and pressured to complete a long-awaited graphic novel. As she works, she is distracted by Elsa, a mysterious teenager, and haunted by figures from her past stories—including a Veiled Woman, a reminder of her childhood trauma. Confronting her fears through her writing, Ilmira battles to finish what may be her final horror creation.
