As they execute a daring rescue mission, they discover that the kidnapping was not a random act but a targeted attack against Scott's family. The team grapples with their instincts and the legal ramifications of the laws they are breaking, realizing they miss the action more than they anticipated. The film delves into themes of loyalty, camaraderie, and the lingering call to action that remains with those who have served in special operations.
