In the days before the M-19 took over the Palace of Justice, Salvador Velazquez, a lonely tailor, becomes involved in a clumsy and particular love affair with Isabel, the new elevator operator of his building. But the paranoia, violence and latent threats in Bogotá permeate their blossoming affair.
