Hugo, a police officer, is going through a painful divorce. Still in love with his ex-wife, he tries to maintain a bond with his children. Then, a crisis strikes: his ex-wife and their young children are abducted. The police investigation quickly turns toward Hugo, who is considered the prime suspect. Overwhelmed by the evidence and facing imprisonment, he decides to go on the run to find his family. While fleeing, he conducts his own investigation and uncovers disturbing truths about the woman he thought he knew. This psychological family thriller follows Hugo on a desperate quest where every step counts.
